This Monday, at the Glowtime event on September 9, 2024, Apple introduced the iPhone 16, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods 4. Reactions have been mixed, especially about whether these updates are worth upgrading for. Throughout the event, Apple emphasized its focus on integrating AI into its products to enhance user experience.

The Apple Watch Series 10 offers a larger display and better health monitoring, but many critics believe the updates are minor, especially with the same 18-hour battery life. With features like sleep apnea detection coming to older models via software updates, some feel the new watch may not be worth the investment.

Apple introduced the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro, Apple Watch Series 10, and AirPods 4. Reactions are mixed on whether these updates are worth upgrading for.

The iPhone 16, featuring the A18 chip and new AI-powered Action Button, offers solid improvements, but users of the iPhone 14 or 15 may see the changes as too small. Camera and design updates are also viewed as incremental, prompting many to hold onto their current devices.

Similarly, the AirPods 4 deliver improved sound and comfort, but the difference may not be enough for existing users to upgrade.

Personally, I’m still using the iPhone 13 Pro but plan to switch to the 16 Pro. As for AirPods, I’m content with my AirPods Pro and don’t feel the need to upgrade—I'm actually considering the Sony WH-1000XM5 or other headphones instead.
